How it works (Hats)
When placing a custom embroidered hat order you will start by filling the form out and including your art. From there we will check for complexity of the design if it is possible to run we will send the invoice for the digitizing fee.
Once that fee is collected we will provide a digital mock up for approval. Once digital mock up is approved we will produce a physical sample for approval. Once that is approved we will place the full order into production. If the order reaches the minimum piece requirements we will put the entire digitizing fee back towards the purchase price of the hats.
Sample approvals can be skipped to speed up the process.
